Sharjah, UAE – 8 MARCH 2020: Jeet Construction has successfully completed the infrastructure works for Phase One of Sharjah Sustainable City, marking an important milestone in the development of the Emirate’s first fully integrated sustainable residential community.
Phase One of the project includes 280 villas and 100 residential apartments, forming part of a four-phase development designed to deliver a new benchmark for sustainable urban living in Sharjah.

Sharjah Sustainable City spans approximately 3.3 million square feet of residential development and integrates a wide range of sustainability features, including solar-powered homes, water recycling systems, energy-efficient building materials, and smart infrastructure designed to reduce environmental impact.
The community will also incorporate urban farming areas, green spaces, educational facilities, and mixed-use community amenities, supporting a balanced lifestyle that combines sustainability, wellbeing, and modern living.
Once completed, Sharjah Sustainable City will represent a major step forward in advancing sustainable residential development in the UAE, demonstrating how responsible construction practices and innovative engineering can contribute to more resilient and environmentally conscious communities.
